2019 Heathrow Club Championship

The Heathrow Club Championship, is scheduled for January 26th & 27th

This tournament is open to all male club members 18 years of age or over. 36-hole stroke play event, (18 holes Saturday & 18 holes Sunday)
Saturday play will begin at 8:00 AM. Tee times will be used for this tournament. Sunday 8:00 AM will be the first tee time Prizes awarded for our Gross and Net Champions
within each division. Winner of the Championship Division gross competition will be declared the Heathrow Club Champion.

Optional skins buy-in — $20
Player of the Year points available

Players will compete in the following divisions:

  • Championship Division – players with handicap indexes of 4.0 or less play in the Championship Division from the Black tees
  • Open Division – this division is open to all players (except if handicap index lower than 4.0) and play is from the Blue tees. If you choose to participate in the open division you are only eligible for competing for the open division championship. (So, if you are 55, and play in the open division you are not eligible to win the Senior Division)
  • Senior Division – players between 55 and 70 years of age may compete in this division and will play from the White tees
  • Super Senior Division – players 70 years of age and over may compete in this division and will play from the Silver tees

Note that players from the Open, Senior or Super Senior division may elect to “play up”, e.g. an Open division player may elect to play in Championship Division, or Senior to Open, etc. There will be no handicap adjustments for this tournament since players within a division will be playing from the same tee.

One note – since this tournament is now changed to earlier in the year, there will be a parking space for the winners for this year and last year at Heathrow
